Infrared Thermography Applications
To Predictive Maintenance Technologies (PMT) Infrared Thermography is the 1st Line of Defense in equipment reliability. Whether it is electrical, mechanical, structural, or process applications PMT has the ability to meet your needs. PMT is a proud user of the FLIR PM695 and PM395 cameras. Electrical Infrared Inspection
PMT's electrical infrared inspection programs are performed on a quarterly, bi-annual or annual basis. PMT electrical infrared reports show the "hotspot" infrared image, a digital picture for reference, equipment identification, temperatures, reference temperature, rise above ambient, repair recommendations, and a severity scale. Reports are made available in hard copy format, on CD, or via our easy to use interactive website. Click here to view a sample infrared report.
Mechanical Infrared Route
PMT's mechanical infrared routes are the centerpiece of a comprehensive reliability program. Due to the speed and accuracy of PMT's infrared cameras and scanning/infield reporting in many cases an entire plants smaller high priority mechanical motors, pumps, fans, conveyors, etc. . can be checked in one day. This gives a wealth of knowledge on very high number of equipment that in the past had no status coverage at all until failure. Structural Infrared Inspections
Structural Infrared Inspections are performed on all types of structures from freezers, to houses, to rooftops. We specialize in helping customers with specific problems to improve their facility operate in with a good health approval rating. Whether it be processing food or making widgets your facility is where it happens an our infrared inspections help keep you safe and operating within a planned facility up keep plan. Process Infrared Applications

Process Infrared is a valuable way of gaining knowledge of those temperature sensitive areas of your operation to receive the whole "picture" of what your temperature sensors are telling you. Process Infrared can range from a vessel, to a cooling process, to a temperature being held within tight parameters. If you've had problems getting only part of the whole temperature picture available because of sensor was not installed in the right place; then process infrared can give you the knowledge to make the best decision keep your company from spending thousands in rework costs.
