Meet the Staff

Presently with a staff of nine, PMT provides long-term quality and savings to our customers on a continual basis.  We proudly introduce the Predictive Maintenance Technologies staff below:

Rob Sander

Rob Sander – General Manager
Level II CSI Vibration Analyst, itc Infrared Management Trained, PMT Level I Infrared Thermographer, MCA Analyst, Laser Alignment Specialist, Balancing Specialist and Ultrasonic Specialist Rob has been directly involved with equipment maintenance for over 20 years. He has been with predictive maintenance technologies specifically since it began in the late 90's.  His responsibilities include managing the overall operation of the company, developing programs for new customer, RCM program design, RCM engineering studies, project management, and assisting in complex onsite repair services.

Steve Kouma

Steve Kouma – NE Operations Manager
Level II CSI Vibration Analyst, PMT Level I Infrared Thermographer, MCA Analyst, Laser Alignment Specialist, Balancing Specialist
Steve has been PMT's Supervisor since 2000 and in 2005 became the NE Operations Manager. Previous job experience includes mechanical maintenance and electronics repair.  His responsibilities include the day-to-day operation of the department, RCM program design, RCM engineering studies, job scheduling, customer assistance, billing, overseeing projects and equipment problem solving.

Tal Sander

Tal Sander – CO Operations Manager
Level I CSI Vibration Analyst, PMT Level I Infrared Thermographer, MCA Analyst, Ultrasonic Specialist, Laser Alignment Specialist, Balancing Specialist
Tal has had extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, welding and fabrication. Tal’s duties include, managing the day to day operation in Colorado, RCM program design, RCM engineering studies, performing Infrared Thermography inspection, motor circuit testing, electronic field balancing, laser alignments, vibration data collection, analysis, and airborne ultrasound steam trap & air leak inspections.

O.J. Utter

OJ Utter – Lead Analyst/Thermographer and Instructor
Level II CSI Vibration Analyst, Level II itc Infrared Thermographer, MCA Analyst, Laser Alignment Technician, Balancing Technician, PMT Program Instructor
OJ has been involved with electronic and electrical maintenance since the early 90's. His past experiences include FA-18 Hornet electronic technician and QA Inspector, residential electrician, welder, and general maintenance.  He is a Commercial Pilot and a Certified Aerial Agricultural Pilot.  O.J.’s responsibilities include primary Infrared Thermographer and Reliability Training Instructor for both Internal Personnel & Customers. He is well versed in all PMT technologies and is the PMT IT & computer management assistant/coordinator.

Tim Navrkal

Tim Navrkal – Program Specialist/ Field Service Analyst
Level I CSI Vibration Analyst, PMT Level I Infrared Thermographer, MCA Analyst, Ultrasonic Technician, Laser Alignment Specialist, Balancing Specialist
Tim has extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, welding and fabrication. Tim’s duties include Infrared Thermography, motor circuit testing, electronic field balancing, laser alignments and vibration analysis. Tim's well versed knowledge of all PMT technologies allows him to effectively assist customers with RCM Program Design.

Robb Svoboda

Robb Svoboda – Field Service Analyst
Level II CSI Vibration Analyst, PMT Level I Infrared Thermographer, MCA Analyst, Ultrasonic Specialist, CSI Certified Laser Alignment Specialist, Balancing Specialist
Robb is our Omaha area field service analyst. He has vast experience as the former primary vibration, airborne ultrasound, and infrared thermography analyst for Cargill Meats.  Robb is also a CSI Certified laser alignment and balancing specialist.  Robb past experience includes being a NEi motor shop technician which adds a wealth of knowledge for electrical/mechanical applications.

Ray HoughRay Hough – Field Service Analyst
Level I CSI Vibration Analyst, PMT Level I Infrared Thermographer, Laser Alignment Specialist, Balancing Specialist, Ultrasonic Specialist
Ray adds mechanical maintenance/repair experience to the PMT team with a background in welding and fabrication. Ray is the primary electronic field balancing and laser alignment specialist. Ray daily performs vibration data collection & analysis, airborne ultrasound steam trap & air leak inspections and infrared thermography inspections.  He is also the lead VbSeries Implementation Specialist for the Commtest VbSeries Vibration Analyzers.

Craig SchmitCraig Schmit – Field Service Analyst
Level I SDT Airborne Ultrasound Inspector, Level I TA Vibration Analyst, Laser Alignment Technician, Balancing Technician
Craig brings a wealth of mechanical maintenance knowledge to PMT with a background in farm equipment manufacturing and repair. He is an active driver/ builder in tractor pulling with the Nebraska Bush Pullers Association. Craig primary responsibility at PMT is the Airborne Ultrasound Steam Trap and Air Leak Inspector. He also doubles as the primary laser alignment and electronic field balancing specialist. Craig's mechanical expertise has helped him become a proficient vibration analyst and mechanical repair service technician.

Buck MillsBuck Mills - Field Service Analyst
Level I TA Vibration Analyst, Laser Alignment Technician, Balancing Technician
Buck is presently seeking a degree in electrical/mechanical technologies.  His knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment is a real asset to the PMT team.  Buck regularly performs vibration collection & analysis, laser alignments, electronic balancing, and mechanical repair services.

Robb Carrig

Rob Carrig – Remote site PdM Analyst
Level II ASNT Vibration Analyst, Laser Alignment Technician, Balancing Technician, IRT Analyst, Ultrasonic Technician, MCA Analyst
Rob's previous job experience includes extensive mechanical maintenance and electronics repair. Rob is the primary on-site vibration analyst for Cargill Meat Solutions. He also performs infrared thermography & airborne ultrasound analysis, laser alignments, and electronic balancing for CMS.

Laura Hecker

Laura Hecker – Office Manager, Inside Sales, Quality Control
PMT Scheduling, PMT Accounting, Administrative Assistant
Laura has an AAS in Sociology and has had extensive training in the Office Technology field.  Her responsibilities include day-to-day Office operations, job scheduling, customer service and assistance, billing, and report completion.
